Church Rd House — Client Approval Visuals for Residential Renovation (South Dublin)

This project was created to help the client and architect evaluate a proposed renovation and internal reconfiguration of an existing dwelling in South Dublin.

A detailed 3D model of the existing structure was developed to explore a new internal layout and full interior fit-out, allowing design options to be reviewed before committing to construction.

The visuals supported discussions around layout, materials, and spatial flow, helping the client clearly understand the proposed changes and move forward with confidence.
